Please Note: When operating the Start Smart Box, users are required to rinse the system out with water after every job. We recommend to use between 2 1/2 to 5 gallons of water, any bleach neutralizer (such as Agent Halt), or F9 Barc to remove the rust from the inside of ball valve. If you don't do this maintenance, the ball valve will cease and will cause damage to the motor. If unit is sent back during warranty period, and upon inspection it is determined that the system has not been rinsed as recommended, the buyer must pay to replace any parts damaged due to not being rinsed properly. This will void the warranty. 

What does this box do?

This remote start for the downstream injector is a system that helps you save time and money when applying soaps/surfactants/chemicals through a downstream injector method. With a distance of approximately 750-1,000 feet, you can control your system from a remote location or the back of a building/house without having to walk all the way back to your rig to operate your system manually. 

Special features included in this box:

You will be receiving a waterproof box in the color of your choice (black or white). A few key elements that will be included in your box are (1) Waterproof Voltage Meter, (1) Waterproof On/Off Switch, (1) Waterproof Indicator Light, and  an Electric PVC Ball Valve. Finally, you will be receiving (1) orange waterproof remote control with antenna (main remote), (1) white remote control with antenna (spare remote), and (1) 8 foot long 1/4 Inch clear braided hose.

What you need to decide: 

When purchasing your Start Smart Box, you are given some options in order to customize your box. Please ensure that when ordering your box, you select the appropriate drop down menu options. Prices will vary on your decisions. 

First, you have the option to choose between one 3-way ball valve with: (option 1) stainless steel quick connects, or (option 2) barbs.

Also, you have the option to choose between a single draw or a double draw. The single draw pulls one chemical at a time, as well as a separate rinsing line. The double draw pulls two chemicals at a time, as well as a separate rinsing line.

Finally, you have the option to choose between a black box or a white box.
